Clean in dirty world

In a very broad sense, Filipino's do very well at presenting and cleaning when cleaning is needed. Such as the streets. Most streets are very clean. Then it is identitied that on that street a place where everyone is to deposit their garbage which will be collected by the recycling agency in the middle of the night.
